Do I need an account to use KickoffSync?
No. There's no signup and no login. Your team and match picks are saved in your browser, so you can build a calendar and download it in seconds.
Are kickoff times shown in my timezone?
Yes. Every kickoff is shown in your device's local timezone automatically, with the UTC time alongside it. Since the 2026 World Cup is hosted in the USA, Canada and Mexico, this matters a lot for fans elsewhere, where games can fall in the early hours.
How do I add matches to my calendar?
Pick your matches, then go to the Export page. You can download an .ics file (works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook), or use the 'Add to Google Calendar' button on each match.
Can I get a reminder before a match?
Yes. On the Export page you can leave your email and choose how far in advance you want a nudge (a day, a few hours, or an hour before). We'll send you a quick confirmation email first, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Can I share my calendar with friends?
Yes. The Export page gives you a shareable link and WhatsApp/X/LinkedIn buttons. Anyone who opens the link sees your exact selection and can add it to their own calendar.
Is the schedule official?
Our fixtures are based on the published 2026 World Cup draw and schedule. Group-stage matches are set; knockout matchups are marked 'to be confirmed' until the bracket resolves. Always double-check times close to kickoff.
Is KickoffSync free?
Completely. Ads and an optional 'buy me a coffee' help cover running costs, but all the calendar features are free, forever.
Is it affiliated with FIFA?
No. KickoffSync is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with FIFA or any official body.
